About The DVD:
Volume 2 of thIS popular DVD series explores the Grafton and Upton Railroad, The Green Mountain Railroad and the Railroad Museum of New England.
In Part One, we follow the Grafton and Upton Railroad for a caboose hop from North Upton to West Upton. We capture the GP-9R #1750 pulling the newly renovated caboose for the 275th anniversary of the town of Grafton.
In Part Two, we capture the Green Mountain Railroad's special excursion from Rutland to Bellow's Falls. We see visiting steam locomotive NYS&W #142 pulling excursion trains and we aslo catch the ALCO RS-1 #405 in action alongside a GP-40, #305 pulling excursion trains.
Part Three of this DVD was shot during the last two weeks of May in 2010. The Railroad Museum of New England hosted Flagg Coal #75 - "Hank the Tank" steam locomotive. The little 0-4-0 Locomotive made several trips along the Naugutuck Railroad. We also capture action as #75 works South of Thomastown.
