About The DVD:
Here we take a look at this little land locked railway on Aquidneck Island. The line runs from downtown Newport, RI to Portsmouth. Travelling along the Narragansett Bay through marshes and country clubs on it's route, we ride the complete line to it's end at Anthony Road.
We also chase the rare mileage excursion to the end of the operating track in Portsmouth. Then we capture the regular passenger train in many scenic hotspots along the line.
Then we hop into the cab of #84, a 45 ton side-rod diesel locomotive for a trip from Newport, RI to Green Lane in Middletown, RI.
