With excursions from Dillsboro and Bryson City to the Nantahala Gorge it operates on a daily basis in the Spring, Summer and Fall.
This DVD covers the Nantahala Gorge Train from Bryson City to the Nantahala Gorge and Outdoor Center; a 44 mile round trip!
We hop in the cab of the GMSR GP9 #1755 for a head end view of some spectacular scenery! The views include the Fontana Lake Trestle, Little Tennessee River and the Nantahala River Gorge; a wonderful trip through the North Carolina Mountains.
